Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with a product you purchase from Theragear Inc through Amazon.com, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

After 30 days from the date of receipt, products may be returned to us for up to 90 days from the date of receipt for either store credit or a refund of the purchase price.

Products returned due to shipping errors or manufacturing flaws may be returned for full credit. Replacements will be sent or credit issued upon receipt of the returned item.

The item must be returned in its original package & condition. Failure to return the product in its original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you order the wrong item & would like to return it you will be responsible for all shipping & handling charges so please be sure to read carefully before you order. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your account for the cost of the product less any shipping & handling charges.

If a shipment is returned to us because delivery was refused or because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided on the order, we will refund the purchase price. However, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

1. Call our customer service at (888) 474-7735 to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The goods must be received by us within 30 days of issuance of the RGA number.

2. Pack the goods to be returned and visibly affix the RGA number to the outside of the package. Include a letter with the reason for return in the package.

3. Return the package via regular mail.*


*Oversized items should be returned via UPS. (including all inversion tables, medicine ball stands, body toning bar stands and other oversized items)

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the goods are returned due to a manufacturers defect and therefore are under warranty. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
